Vegetable Salad

15 pcs. of Cherry tomatoes ( cut into halves)
1 stalk celery ( cut into strips)
1/2 cucumber ( crunchy variety)
1/4 red big onion
1/4 small head lettuce

Salad dressing:

1 pc. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp low fat yogurt
salt & pepper to taste

1. Toss & cut all the vegetables in a large bowl.
2. Combine the salad dressing ingredients on a separate bowl.
3. Season salad dressing w/ salt & pepper.
4. Pour desired amount of dressing over salad & mix to coat vegetables.

Serving: 1person
