2 pc. boiled potato
3 tbsp melted butted ( salted)
salt & pepper to taste
1. Cut boiled potato into cubes.
2. In a wok, fry cubes potato w/ the butter.
3. Slow fire.
4. Season w/ salt, pepper 7 black pepper.
5. Fry till golden brown.
6. Garnish w/ sesame seeds or cottage cheese when it’s done.
